California Privacy Notice

This notice supplements iYogaU's general Privacy Policy and describes how we handle personal information of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100 et seq.

6. Sale and sharing — we do neither

iYogaU does not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. iYogaU does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. In the past 12 months, we have neither sold nor shared personal information of any California resident, including minors under 16.

Even though we do not sell or share personal information, this channel exists so you can record an opt-out preference and submit it to us. To opt out:

If we ever change our practices to sell or share personal information, this opt-out preference will be honored automatically and we will provide additional notice before the change takes effect.

8. Your rights and how to exercise them

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:

We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days, with one 45-day extension if reasonably necessary. We will verify your identity using information you have already provided to us; we will not ask for additional sensitive information solely for verification.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide signed permission demonstrating they are authorized to act on your behalf, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us. This does not apply if the agent has a valid power of attorney under California Probate Code §§4000-4465.

10. "Shine the Light" (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83)

California residents may request a notice describing what categories of personal information iYogaU has shared with third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year. iYogaU does not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, so the answer is "none." 11. Minors

iYogaU programs are restricted to adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not sell or share personal information about minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact privacy@iyogau.com and we will delete it.

12. Annual request metrics

iYogaU does not currently meet the threshold of 10 million California consumers that requires public disclosure of CCPA/CPRA request metrics under Cal. Civ. Code §1798.130(a)(5)(D). If we cross that threshold, we will publish the prior calendar year's metrics here annually by July 1.
